Guiding Lightby *Ultyzarus

The kids were playing in the forest, close to the village. Kaelwirn was startled by a small thud on his shoulder. The ghostly figure of a woman was running away at a slow pace, giggling softly. “Iain, Look!” shouted Kaelwirn in excitement. “What is it?” replied the little boy. His friend, already a few steps ahead, tried explaining. “I don't know,” he said, “she tagged me, I gotta catch her!” Iain was running behind, huffing and puffing. “Ihs, ihs, ihs, ihs, ihs” – That was the sound he made while running – “Kay, wait up!!!” Even with her current pace, the woman was outrunning them. “No,” Kay answered, “she will get away if I wait for you!”

This picture is so full of life and energy. The bright colors and lighting really give it a feeling of exploration.
The characters also interst me. They almost look like if Winnie the Pooh took place in a high fantasy setting.
